Asus announced yesterday, a new smartphone called Zenfone V, which it said would be exclusive to Verizon.
Designed with a glass-protected structure, Znavon Fi offers a 5.2-inch AMOLED screen with 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution. It is protected by a Gorilla Glass, Tru2life technology for high contrast, easy daylight reading, and a light filter. Blue eye care during the night.
Featuring a 7.62mm thick and weighing 147 grams, the phone boasts 4GB of RAM, 32GB of internal storage space that can be expanded to 256GB and a 3,000mAh non-removable battery.
The new Taiwanese phone has a 23 megapixel rear camera with a dual-LED flash and f / 2.0 lens that supports laser focus technology and comes with a four-axis OIS optical image stabilizer. It also has an 8-megapixel front camera with f / 2.0 lens slot.
Xenophone's 7.0 Noga comes from the Android operating system, with a quad-core processor of the 2.2 GHz Qualcomm Snappragragon 820, along with an Adreno 530 graphics processor.
The device supports 4G LTE and Bluetooth 4.2, and comes with a USB-C port, a fingerprint sensor and an infrared sensor.
No information is available at the price of the phone, or whether Asus intends to put it on other markets.
